Job Description

Sr. Quality Engineers, Shelbyville, Kentucky:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Implement corrective action plans to resolve customer concerns. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues. Oversee the Quality audit process and completion of corrective actions. Process validation testing to ensure product Quality exceeds requirements. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintains Quality Records, Forms and documentation in accordance with Quality Assurance Systems and Processes. Utilize skills such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, GD& T, 8D, SPC & Kaizen. Travel (up to 20%) to various unanticipated US locations depending upon the project/assignment requirements for customer concerns and supplier issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related plus 5 years of post-bachelor progressive work experience in Quality engineering field.
